WHO ARE WE?

CNS Licensing Center is our second location in addition to Carolyn’s Notary and Auto Tags, which has been serving Lititz, PA and the surrounding area for the past 32 years. Just like Carolyn’s Notary and Auto Tags, CNS Licensing Center is a bonded, licensed and PennDOT-authorized messenger service.

Our goal is to provide excellent service through experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Our desire is to ease the confusion that can come from navigating the complex system of today’s rules and regulations. We keep up with the newest technology to provide you with the most convenient and prompt service available.
